About Handmade Art: All of our items are completely hand-crafted. That means that no two are exactly the same. The pictures you see are very good representatives, but the smile, exact height, tilt of the head can differ from angel to angel. If you want perfection, you want mass-manufactured, not hand-built! We are very proud of every precious item that we sell, and do not accept returns. |
| Availability: We will make a very limited number of each of our collectibles. If an item is finished, we put your name on it as soon as we get the order. If it is in the process of being made, we will email you right away with probable ship date. Most items will not be back once they sell out. |
| Packing and Shipping: We wrap each item carefully, and pack with recycled materials and boxes. We hope you will reuse them, too. If you pay by credit card through PayPal, we will ship your item within 3-5 business days. We use the USPS and UPS. If you choose to pay with personal check, we will ship as soon as the check clears. This can take 10-14 days. |
